Shampoo and Bath Bars: Locally handmade in house with seven plant and essential oils that clean, condition and moisturize your skin and hair. Fragrances include Aromatic (Lime and Peppermint), Old World (Patchouli, Frankincense and Myrrh), Citrus (Orange, Tangerine, Lemongrass), Spice (Bay Leaf, Clove, Cinnamon) & Lavender.
Bourbon Roasted Coffee: SOS and Mr. Bill’s Beans have collaborated to create a unique Medium and Dark Roast blended coffee. The organic coffee beans have been soaked in our Whiskey for a number of days to enhance the flavor profiles when the beans are roasted.
Honey Pond Farm Honey: Pure, raw wildflower honey locally sourced from hives right here in Madison County, Georgia.

Try our newest American Whiskey, Eclipse only at Soldier of the Sea Distillery and the Hive Pub.
Eclipse is the reason we decided to open a distillery. It was the first whiskey we created using honey in the fermentation process. The grain bill consists of equal measures of corn, wheat and barley. It has a mellow character with hints of cherry, pepper and caramel. Like our other whiskies and bourbons it is double barrel aged, which adds to its flavor and character. We named this whisky after one of our favorite events, and distillery cat. It is as unique as every eclipse.

Distillery Grand Opening
Owners Mark Davis and Jennifer Berry announced the Grand Opening of Soldier of the Sea Distillery at 22 E. South Avenue in downtown Comer, Georgia on January 27th, 2023 with a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce at 3:30PM. Here are just a few photos from the event:
Veteran Owned
Soldier of the Sea Distillery sources grain and honey locally and regionally for its production of fine whiskey, both aged and unaged. Several of our aged whiskeys are dedicated to those that have served in the US military, the first being Sea Duty. Our bourbon is also themed around protecting pollinators, which are an integral part of agriculture and our whiskey.
